High School Equivalency

Register for FREE Classes!

St. Charles Community College/Adult Education & Literacy Department offers free High School Equivalency (HSE) and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) preparation classes. Twice weekly, regular classes begin upon completion of a two-session registration process. You must attend entire sessions, of both dates of registration, to complete enrollment.

 Lincoln County

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Troy

200 Academic Way (Off 3rd Street)

Troy AM classes meet twice a week on Tues/Thurs from 9am – noon

Morning registration sessions for Troy AM class (must attend entire sessions, of both dates)

  • Friday, February 7 & Friday, February 14 — (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

Troy PM classes meet twice a week on Mon/Wed from 6-9pm

Evening registration sessions 5:30pm – 9:30pm for Troy PM class (must attend entire sessions, of both dates)

  • Tuesday, February 11 & Thursday, February 13 — (5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.)

 

Pike County

Pike-Lincoln Technical Center (PLTC), Eolia

HSE and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification classes

PLTC/Eolia PM classes meet twice a week on Mon/Wed from 6-9pm

Evening registration sessions for PLTC/Eolia PM class meet twice a week on Mon/Wed from 6-9pm (must attend entire sessions, of both dates)

  • Monday, February 11 & Thursday, February 13 — (5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.).

 

Warren County

Warrenton-University of Missouri Extension Center

107 W. Walton, Warrenton (use outside entrance to downstairs basement area).

Warrenton AM classes meet twice a week on Tues/Thurs from 9am – noon

Morning registration sessions for Warrenton AM class (must attend entire sessions, of both dates)

  • Wednesday, February 12 & Friday, February 14 — (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

 

Classes are free, but class size is limited. Please arrive early for the first registration session. Bring a pen, pencil, spiral notebook and a 2-pocket folder with you.
