In order to avoid further cuts both in paramedic staffing and the number of available ambulances, as well as reduce delays in response times to 911 calls that may occur due to budget cuts, shall the Board of Directors of the Lincoln County Ambulance District be authorized to levy an additional general tax of not more than thirty-five cents per one hundred dollars assessed valuation?
