Lincoln County Council on Aging (LCCOA) was incorporated in February 1978 under the name of “Troy Area Council on Aging” (called TACOA). Meals Matters is LCCOA’s initiative to provide meals to residents, regardless of age, ability to pay, or mobility, and spread awareness about hunger in Lincoln County, Missouri.

LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE is our motto, and our Mobile Meals accomplishes this by encouraging wellness, focusing on preventing diseases before they occur, and putting an end to food insecurity.
Nutritious meals allow constituents to live happier, healthier lives and often allow residents to retain their independence.
