The LCR3 School District is excited to invite you to join us for the Groundbreaking Ceremony for our eighth elementary school. Thanks to our community voters, the District passed Proposition KIDS in April of 2022. This passage allows the District to address enrollment growth by adding a new elementary school building at 300 South Campus Drive, Troy, MO.
