Boone Center Inc. (BCI) will host an Open House at its Lincoln County facility on Wednesday, April 18 from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The address is 245 College Campus Drive, Moscow Mills, 63362. Guests will enjoy a video introduction, production floor tour, refreshments, and giveaways.
BCI was founded in 1959 and provides employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. Nearly 400 men and women are employed through BCI either at the company’s two contract packaging facilities or through community employment programs. A 501(c)3 nonprofit, BCI is a national advocate for employment and vocational
training for adults with disabilities. BCI’s Employment Continuum focuses on full employment that provides ongoing support to gain access to employment of their choice and ability. The Moscow Mills location was opened in May 2011.
At the Open House, guests will also learn about BCI’s new vocational training center for adults with disabilities. The Skills Center is scheduled to open late summer 2018.
